Jim’s Cancer Walk Page
I take being a Men With Heart very seriously. When I put on that yellow shirt it is my responsibility to do everything within my ability to help, aid and assist my fellow walkers. To bring a smile to their face with some candy or ease the pain of sore feet and legs with supplies within my backpack. To give good advice and spread the word about what we do. I try to do this for as many as possible along our walks. Every hug, kiss, smile and tear we shared touches my heart. Yes the backpack weighs a lot but it’s not a burden. Yes I will walk some extra miles around the pits and lunches but it is worth it. I am not a superhero when I put on that yellow shirt but if I can be a hero to someone who needs it, well then that makes me feel pretty super inside.
